- Logging of an additional MX record on your DNS (TIC can do this for you or provide you with detailed information)
- Finished – Mail Backup is activated and now you can enjoy maximum reliability for E-mail

Storage of incoming E-mails on a backup queue mail server from TIC The Internet Company AG, in case the primary target mail server is not available. The backup queue server attempts to forward E-mails to the primary server at various intervals for a period of 120 hours before they are returned to the sender.
